8. Transactions: Deals (offers, perks) & Lead Module
The Transaction section on bizTOnet enables companies to increase revenue and reduce costs through two core business features: Deals (Offers & Perks) Module and the Leads Module. Both modules are supported by a unified Lead Management system designed to simplify commercial interactions.
Offers Module:
Companies (“Providers”) can publish and promote offers related to their products or services in order to attract potential buyers. Interested members (“Buyers”) can request information or initiate a commercial discussion by submitting a lead. Providers are responsible for managing these leads and conducting the commercial engagement until completion of the transaction.
When a transaction is successfully completed further to a lead originating from the platform, bizTOnet may apply a success-based commission, the rate of which varies depending on the Provider's membership plan. All commission-related payments are processed securely within the platform.
Perks Module:
Providers and external partners may publish exclusive advantages (“Perks”), such as discounts, credits, preferred pricing, free trials, and other financial or operational benefits. These Perks are designed to help members reduce business costs. Access to specific Perks may be subject to membership level or eligibility criteria defined by the Perk provider.
Some Perks may require direct contact between the member and the provider. In such cases, related interactions may be handled and tracked as leads for compliance and service follow-up purposes.
Lead Module:
The Lead Module enables Providers to track and manage inbound leads generated from Offers or Perks. Providers can evaluate each lead and update its status (e.g., received, qualified, engaged, closed, or lost). bizTOnet does not intervene in negotiation, fulfillment, or resolution of the commercial relationship between users.
Together, these modules are designed to support business development, facilitate mutually beneficial commercial relationships, and ensure secure payment processing when success fees apply. bizTOnet acts strictly as a technical intermediary and is not a seller, agent, broker, or representative of Providers or Buyers. Providers and Buyers remain fully responsible for the content of their offers, the execution of their transactions, compliance with applicable laws, and the quality of the products or services provided.
8.1. Offers Module
The Offers Module on bizTOnet enables companies (“Providers”) to publish and promote commercial offers related to their products or services to attract potential buyers (“Buyers”). Offers may be published free of charge or as part of a paid plan, depending on the Provider's selected Deal Plan. Paid options may include increased visibility, additional placement features, or enhanced promotional tools.
Buyers interested in an Offer can initiate a commercial discussion by submitting a lead through the platform. Providers are fully responsible for managing these leads, conducting negotiations, and completing any resulting transactions.
Where a transaction is successfully completed and the Provider has chosen to use the online payment processing services offered through bizTOnet, a success-based commission may apply. This commission is applicable only to transactions processed digitally through our platform and is calculated according to the Provider's membership plan. In all other cases, including offline transactions managed outside the platform, no commission is charged by bizTOnet.
bizTOnet acts solely as a technical intermediary between Providers and Buyers and does not intervene in price setting, negotiation, delivery of goods or services, or the performance of contractual obligations.
This module is designed to increase commercial visibility, simplify business acquisition, and align commercial success with platform performance while ensuring full compliance with applicable legal standards.
8.1.1. Independence of the parties
bizTOnet acts strictly as a technical intermediary providing visibility, lead generation and, where applicable, digital payment integration. bizTOnet is neither a reseller, agent, broker, representative, nor employer of Providers or Buyers.
Providers and Buyers contract directly with each other and remain solely responsible for the negotiation, execution, delivery, performance and compliance of their commercial engagements.
8.1.2. Success-Based Commission & Paid Publication Options
Publishing an Offer may be free or paid depending on the Provider's selected Deal Plan. Paid plans may include additional promotional features and increased visibility.
If the Provider enables online payment processing via bizTOnet, a success-based commission may apply, for example when a transaction is successfully concluded following a lead originating from the platform.
If the Provider conducts the transaction offline or chooses not to activate online payments, no commission shall be due to bizTOnet.
All applicable commission rates and fees are transparently communicated within bizTOnet.
8.1.3. Lead Management Process
Leads submitted by Buyers are transmitted directly to the Provider through the platform. Providers manage their own leads independently and may update their status (such as received, qualified, engaged, closed-won, or closed-lost).
bizTOnet does not verify or validate leads, does not perform follow-ups on behalf of Providers, and is not responsible for commercial decisions made by either party.
8.1.4. Account Termination & Effect on Offers
Members may delete their account or company page at any time. Account deletion automatically removes active Offers and suspends access to the associated leads.
If online payments were enabled and a transaction is in progress at the time of account deletion, any commission already due must still be paid to bizTOnet.
8.1.5. Provider Legal and Compliance Obligations
Providers agree to:
- publish accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information.
- communicate transparently with Buyers.
- deliver their goods or services in accordance with agreed terms
- comply with all applicable legal, fiscal, regulatory, and commercial requirements
- manage personal data in compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations
bizTOnet bears no responsibility for the accuracy, performance or safety of products or services offered by Providers.
8.1.6. Payment and Commission Collection
When online payment is enabled, commissions owed to bizTOnet are automatically processed through our platform once the Provider confirms the transaction success.
In case of late or failed payment, bizTOnet may use mechanisms to collect all amounts due.
8.1.7. Invoicing and Financial Documentation
Providers authorize bizTOnet and/or Stripe to issue invoices or digital financial documentation when required for commission collection and regulatory compliance.
Stripe may make annual summaries available to assist Providers with tax filing obligations. Providers remain solely responsible for declaring their revenues.
8.1.9. Dispute Resolution Between Members
In the event of disagreement between a Provider and a Buyer, the parties must attempt to reach a resolution directly.
bizTOnet may offer optional support for amicable resolution but is under no obligation to intervene and shall not be liable for commercial or financial consequences resulting from the actions or omissions of either party.
8.2. Perks Module
The Perks Module provides members with access to exclusive advantages (“Perks”) offered by Providers or external partners, including but not limited to discounts, credits, extended trials, preferred pricing, or other operational and financial benefits. The objective of this module is to support business growth by helping companies reduce expenses and improve access to essential products and services.
Access to specific Perks may be subject to eligibility conditions such as the member's subscription plan, location, company verification status, or criteria defined by the Perk provider.
bizTOnet is not a reseller nor a distributor of Perk-related products or services and does not intervene in commercial negotiations, activation, support, delivery, or performance of Perks provided by partners.
8.2.1. Provider Responsibility
Each Perk is defined and delivered exclusively by the partner or Provider offering it. They retain full and sole responsibility for:
- eligibility and activation requirements
- terms, pricing, and duration of the benefit
- product or service delivery
- customer support and satisfaction
- legal, regulatory, and fiscal compliance
Members acknowledge that their commercial relationship for Perks is directly established with the partner provider.
8.2.2. Availability and Modification
Perks and related benefits may be updated, suspended, or withdrawn at any time by the provider without prior notice.
bizTOnet cannot guarantee:
- availability of Perks.
- continuity or renewal of benefits.
- level of discount or financial advantage.
- geographic or sector-specific eligibility.
8.2.3. Data Sharing and Privacy
Accessing or activating a Perk may require sharing personal or business information with the partner offering the Perk.
Such sharing occurs only:
- with prior and explicit consent from the member
- in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant
bizTOnet does not share more data than necessary to enable the activation of a Perk.
8.2.4. Fees and Membership Requirements
Certain Perks may be accessible only through specific paid membership plans or may involve activation fees determined by the Perk provider.
All applicable costs or eligibility conditions are communicated prior to activation.
8.2.5. Lead-Based Perk Activation (if applicable)
Some Perks may require qualification or direct interaction with the provider (e.g., when a representative must contact the member to activate the benefit).
In these cases:
- the contact request may be processed as a lead within the platform
- the Provider remains fully responsible for follow-up and activation
- bizTOnet has no role in validation or performance of the benefit
8.3. Lead Management Module
The Lead Management Module allows Providers to receive and manage inbound commercial leads generated from their Offers or Perks. The purpose of this system is to facilitate structured business development while ensuring that Providers maintain full control of their commercial relationships.
Leads are submitted directly by Buyers and are immediately transmitted to the Provider through the platform. Providers are solely responsible for reviewing, qualifying, and following up on the leads they receive.
Providers may update the status of leads within the platform (such as “received”, “qualified”, “engaged”, “closed-won” or “closed-lost”) to support commercial organization and performance visibility. bizTOnet does not influence, manage, or provide input regarding these statuses.
bizTOnet does not perform any verification of lead quality, business relevance, or Buyer identity and does not intervene in commercial discussions, decision-making, or contractual negotiations.
Where online payment is used and a transaction is concluded following a lead initiated through the platform, a success-based commission may be automatically applied and processed through Stripe Connect.
Personal data exchanged through the platform must be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Providers and Buyers remain independently responsible for ensuring compliance regarding any information they process or store during lead follow-up.
bizTOnet shall not be liable for the outcome of any lead - including missed opportunities, performance failures, or contractual disputes - and bears no responsibility for the actions or omissions of members during the commercial process.
